How to order
At present, all orders should be made by either phoning our offices, on 01780 755712, or emailing your order to enquiries@tuktukfoods.com. Please note that there is a minimun order value of £20 excluding VAT.
Methods of Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'Tuk Tuk Foods Ltd' and posted to us along with a copy of your order. Please note that products will only be despatched once payments have cleared.
Errors and Omissions
Please note that althrough every effort has been made to ensure that the information on our web site is correct, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and will notify customers of any changes directly relating to product pricing before dispatch. All images on our web site are for illustrative purposes only. From time to time, packaging may change without notification.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery and Postage & Packing
Due to the different weights of the products, the cost of delivery will be available when the order has been placed.
If your products are in stock, orders are typically dispatched within two to three working days and should arrive the following day. However, please allow up to seven working days for delivery.
On receipt of delivery, please ensure that all goods are checked for damage. If in the unlikely event that any damage has occurred during transit, you must mark 'goods damaged' against your signature on the delivery note. Failure to do this will mean we cannot refund you.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure that our products reach you in good condition. However, if in the unlikely event that any of the products are damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace good or offer a full refund (including delivery charge) providing damaged goods are returned to us within 10 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before goods have been dispatched by contacting us directly. A standard fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged to cover the administration costs occurred.
