No good meal is complete without a Thai dessert. They are usually based on coconut cream with a sweet taste. They are particularly good after a strong spiced and herbal meal.
Ingredients
Mixed tropical fruit
1 tin coconut milk
2-3 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame seed, roasted
400g mixed tropical fuit
Method
In a medium size saucepan, bring coconut milk to the boil.
Prepare and slice each fruit.
Carefully place the fruit pieces into the milk. Add the sugar and salt and set aside.
Transfer the fruit in coconut milk into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds.
